  • Enterobacteriaceae : E. coli, Klebsiella sp, Proteus sp, Enterobacter sp,  Salmonella sp, Shigella sp.
  • Vibrio sp.
  • Neisseriaceae : Neisseria gonorrhoeae and N. meningitidis 
  • Haemophilus influenzae including type B
  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa
  • Acinetobacter baumannii
  • Campylobacter sp. and Helicobacter sp.
  • Bordetella pertussis
